The Adams Rite 8312A-8148B is a mortise exit device designed for hollow metal and wood doors up to 8 feet tall. This battery-operated alarm model features a 48-inch extruded aluminum pushbar and suits standard 1 3/4-inch to 2 1/4-inch door thickness. It's ideal for facilities requiring reliable emergency egress with integrated alarm functionality.
This non-handed device fits doors with minimum 3 3/4-inch stiles and accepts standard rim cylinders for the Fixed Pull trim or mortise cylinders (1 to 1 1/4-inch) for optional 3080 Entry Trim.
