The Adams Rite 8801ELD-42-24 is a rim exit device engineered for narrow stile aluminum doors up to 42 inches wide. It features electric latch retraction with mechanical dogging, 24V operation, and an extruded aluminum pushbar. This device solves emergency egress requirements for commercial buildings while offering field-reversible lever entry trim and non-handed installation flexibility.
Compatible with doors 1-3/4" to 2-1/4" thick and up to 8 feet tall (10-foot kits available separately), this exit device accepts standard rim cylinders and optional mortise cylinders.
