The Folger Adam 310-2 is a heavy-duty, 3-hour fire-rated electric strike built entirely of stainless steel for extreme durability in high-abuse environments. Designed for bored locks, mortise locks, and mortise exit devices with 1/2" or 5/8" throw latchbolts on single and pairs of doors, it solves the need for reliable access control in institutional and commercial facilities.
This fail secure strike operates at 24VDC with 0.25 Amps continuous duty and meets UL1034, UL294, ANSI/BHMA A156.31 Grade 1, NFPA-252, and ASTM-E152 standards.
