Description
The Folger Adam 310-2 is a heavy-duty, fail-secure electric strike rated for 3-hour fire doors and extreme abuse environments. Built entirely of stainless steel with static strength of 1,500 lbs and dynamic strength of 70 ft-lbs, it solves security and durability challenges in high-traffic commercial and industrial applications requiring proven fire and burglary resistance.
Compatible with bored locks, mortise locks, and mortise exit devices with 1/2 inch or 5/8 inch throw latchbolts on single or paired doors.
