Description
The Folger Adam 310-2 is a heavy-duty, fail-secure electric strike rated for 3-hour fire doors and extreme abuse environments. Constructed entirely of stainless steel, it accommodates bored locks, mortise locks, and mortise exit devices with 1/2 inch or 5/8 inch throw latchbolts on single or paired doors. Ideal for facilities requiring industrial-grade security and fire compliance.
This strike operates at 24VDC and draws 0.25 amps continuous duty. It is UL 1034 and UL 294 listed, ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 certified, and meets NFPA-252, CAN4-S104, and ASTM-E152 fire door standards.
