The Falcon MA301 is a high-performance mortise lock built for commercial spaces including offices, hospitals, and educational facilities. Featuring a two-piece stainless steel latch bolt with mechanical anti-friction design and a 1-inch throw dead bolt with saw-resistant rollers, this ANSI/BHMA Series 1000 lock delivers dependable security and durability under constant use.
The MA301 accommodates door thicknesses from 1-3/8" to 2-1/2" and ships standard with a 2-3/4" backset and interchangeable core (SFIC-compatible) for tool-free re-keying.
