The Sargent 6500 series is a standard-duty key-in-lever lock engineered for interior and passage doors. It exceeds ANSI A156.2 Series 4000 Grade 2 requirements, making it ideal for commercial and institutional buildings where reliable, no-frills security is essential. Universal hand design fits both left and right doors.
This lock fits doors 1-3/8" to 1-3/4" thick with a standard 2-3/4" backset (2-3/8" available).
