Description
The LCN 4040SEH is a heavy-duty surface-mounted door closer with integrated electro-magnetic hold-open for fire and smoke barrier doors. It holds doors open via 120V power until current interruption triggers automatic closing. Ideal for commercial and institutional facilities requiring code-compliant door control on interior doors up to 4 feet wide.
The 4040SEH mounts on either push or pull side and works on both right and left-hand doors, eliminating sizing complexity. It includes a momentary switch board with over-voltage protection and functions as a standard closer when hold-open is disengaged.
