The LCN 4040XP-3077/PA is a heavy-duty door closer arm engineered for institutional and high-traffic applications. It features 44% increased bearing load capacity, the strongest pinion ever at 3/4" journal diameter, and a V-shield seal with 20% longer life. This non-handed closer suits interior doors to 5'0" and exterior doors to 4'0", solving durability challenges in demanding environments.
The 4040XP mounts on hinge side, top jamb, or parallel arm configuration for either right or left swinging doors, and meets ADA requirements. All Weather Fluid, UL and cUL listed under ANSI A156.4 grade one, with optional powder coat, plated finishes, and SRI primer for corrosive conditions.
