The Adams Rite 4530 is a standard duty mortise deadlatch designed for buildings requiring flexible traffic control. It allows two-way passage during business hours and exit-only restrictions after hours, making it ideal for hospitals, banks, retail stores, and secure facilities. A reverse key turn holds the bolt retracted for unrestricted door movement.
The 4530 fits existing MS1850 and 4250 cutouts without alteration and works with any standard mortise cylinder featuring an MS cam. Available in three backsets (7/8 inch, 31/32 inch, 1-1/8 inch) with reversible handing. E.D.
