Description
The Adams Rite 4530 is a standard-duty mortise deadlatch designed for traffic control in hospitals, banks, stores, and other facilities requiring flexible access. Its reverse-key feature lets you hold the bolt retracted for two-way traffic during business hours, then switch to exit-only mode by reversing the key. The spring-loaded latchbolt retracts with a key turn or handle operation.
This deadlatch fits existing MS1850 and discontinued 4250 cutouts without alteration and accepts any standard mortise cylinder with MS cam. It ships with a 4901-01 strike for flat jambs, mounting screws, and individual boxing. As an authorized Adams Rite dealer, E.D.
