Description
The Adams Rite 4900 Series Mortise Deadlatch provides flexible traffic control for commercial doors requiring free entrance at certain times and exit-only at others. A reverse turn of the key while the bolt is held retracted locks it in place, making it ideal for buildings needing variable access. The solid brass latch bolt is reversible with just a screwdriver, and a stainless steel auxiliary latch pin prevents loiding or case-knife entry.
This mortise lock retrofits to existing 4500/4700 preparations and is interchangeable with MS1850A or MS1850S deadbolts of the same backset and faceplate shape without stile modification.
