The Falcon TP70T A 613 is a heavy-duty mortise lock built for high-traffic commercial environments like offices, hospitals, and schools. It combines security with reliability, featuring a two-piece stainless steel latch bolt, 1 inch throw deadbolt with saw-resistant rollers, and an interchangeable core for quick re-keying without lock removal.
This lock accommodates door thickness from 1-3/8 inch to 2-1/2 inch and features a 2-3/4 inch backset. It meets ANSI/BHMA 156.13 Series 1000 and carries a 3-hour UL A label.
