Description
The Falcon TP70T S 613 is a heavy-duty mortise lock built for commercial environments including offices, hospitals, and educational facilities. Its MA Series design combines security with reliability, featuring a two-piece stainless steel latch bolt, one-inch throw deadbolt with saw-resistant rollers, and interchangeable core capability for easy re-keying without removing the lock from the door.
This lock accommodates door thickness from 1-3/8" to 2-1/2" and meets ANSI/BHMA 156.13 Series 1000 standards with UL 3-hour A label rating.
