Description
The Falcon TP70T Q 606 is a commercial mortise lock designed for office, hospital, and educational facilities requiring reliable security. This heavy-duty MA Series lock features an interchangeable core for quick re-keying, a mechanical anti-friction latch bolt, and a saw-resistant dead bolt. Built to withstand constant use, it combines durability with affordable performance for demanding commercial environments.
The lock accommodates door thickness from 1-3/8" to 2-1/2" with a 2-3/4" backset and meets ANSI/BHMA 156.13 Series 1000 standards with a UL 3-hour A label.
